CARY, N.C. — Wake Forest captured the 2026 ACC Men’s Tennis Championship, defeating Virginia 4–2 in the title match at Cary Tennis Park to secure the conference crown.
Wake Forest set the tone early by claiming the doubles point before adding key singles victories to build separation throughout the afternoon. Virginia answered with a strong push in singles play, but the Demon Deacons held firm in the decisive matches to close out the championship victory.
The title marks Wake Forest’s fourth ACC Men’s Tennis Championship in program history and continues the program’s recent run as one of the nation’s top teams. The Demon Deacons finished the tournament with victories over Duke, Stanford, and Virginia.
