About

My name is Gary White. I am the founder and creator of NOBADSOUND.

Growing up in Toledo, Ohio, my understanding of personal development was shaped by my Catholic and Jesuit education.

At St. Johnโ€™s Jesuit, I was introduced to cura personalisโ€”care for the whole personโ€”and magis, the call to continually grow and use that growth in service to others.

Together, these principles taught me that body, mind, and spirit are distinct but interconnected dimensions of who we are, each deserving intentional care and development.

This understanding became the foundation of NOBADSOUND.

NOBADSOUND

NOBADSOUND is the pursuit of wholeness through the continuous cultivation of body, mind, and spirit.

The name draws inspiration from the Merriam-Webster Dictionaryโ€™s definition of health: โ€œthe condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit.โ€ NOBADSOUND builds on this definition by emphasizing body, mind, and spiritโ€”highlighting the importance of development and well-being across all three dimensions of the self.

THREE FLOWERS

At the heart of NOBADSOUND are three golden-yellow lilies we call the Three Flowers. Each bloom represents one dimension of health: body, mind, and spirit. Connected by one stem, they symbolize three interconnected dimensions of one whole person.
