Salisbury captured the North Carolina Class 4A state championship with an 83–68 win over Reidsville.
After taking a two-point lead into halftime, the Hornets pulled away in the third quarter, outscoring Reidsville 30–15 to seize control of the game. Catawba pledge Braylon Taylor led Salisbury with 29 points, seven rebounds, and four assists in the victory.
